Make a Donation Online
Go to http://www.teamdiabetes.ca to sponsor me electronically and follow the instructions listed below;
Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click on “ Pledge a Team Diabetes Participant”. - First you must complete the Search Screen. You will need to search for my profile: Look up Taylor Shantz in Sudbury and Enter.
- You will now need to select the event Athens Marathon-Greece 2009, then click the Pledge button to proceed.
- Next complete your Payment Information screen and click the Continue button to complete.
Your online donation is absolutely secure and confidential. Look for the unbroken key or locked lock on the bottom of the donation form page to ensure you are submitting your payment information on a secure format.
Make a Donation By Mail
More comfortable with regular mail, or not comfortable with online financial transactions? This method is for you. You can print out my Pledge Form, complete it, and then return it to the National Canadian Diabetes Office at the address listed below.
Cheques made payable to The Canadian Diabetes Association along with a pledge form to indicate who gets credit (that's me!).
